On their first morning with their new tribe, the siblings are just getting up after a nice breakfast, when suddenly some guy approaches them.
They follow the guy to a tent.
Then he leaves them.
Guards are standing in front of it, but they let them in.
The boy is sure, this must be the catch about this.
It's not as huge as the other tents are, but it still feels large because there's not much inside.
And directly in front of them on the other side of the tent, there's a strong looking guy facing them sitting in a chair covered by fur.
The boy is surprised. It's what he was thinking...
The boy wonders why he tells him that.
Is he meant to have her as a partner, too?
To be honest, that sounds exciting.
The girl looks insecure at her brother.
The chief calls "Alina!" a few times.
After a while, a shy looking girl enters the tent through an entry behind him.
Alina immediately runs toward the boy and quickly hugs him.
The boy is excited.
He laughs.
The girl nods. She doesn't seem convinced. But she never left her brother for a longer time.
Especially not in an unfamiliar place.
The boy cautiously moves away, leaving his sister there.
He still watches the chief making signs to his sister to come, and he still sees her already sitting on his lap.
Outside of the tent with Alina he wonders if he did the right thing.
But then he looks at Alina and is happy about how cute she is.
Maybe he should just relax and enjoy the day with her.
Description
The boy and the girl have to visit the chief.
Males own the females there.
So the chief wants to borrow the girl from the boy, something they are obligated to accept, since they have been saved by the tribe.
In exchange the boy is even allowed to borrow one of his daughters.
